I signed up to feed the missionaries this week and one of the elders can only do gluten-free, so I ventured into the gluten-free blog-world and found this fabulous recipe. I highly recommend it. It's a great meal to use right now with sweet potatoes being on sale!
Alterations:
-I used yams instead of sweet potatoes
-I used corn starch instead of arrowroot
Enjoy! And, since it's gluten-free, you can feel like you're healthy in a weird, kind of trendy sort of not-really-any-healthier kinda way. :)
